FREE PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS AND STAFF OF THE ACADEMY OF SILESIA

In order to care for the students and staff of the Academy of Silesia, we offer free professional psychological assistance.
We encourage students and university staff to take advantage of the support offered by the Office for People with Disabilities (BON), which includes:
•    Psychological counseling,
•    Short crisis intervention conversations,
•    Phone and online consultations via a remote communication platform,
•    Psychoeducation.

When is it worth seeking our help? For example:
•    If you or a fellow student notice concerning symptoms related to mental health,
•    If you want to learn more about how to work with a student in crisis.

The support is provided by a qualified psychologist as part of the project implemented by the Academy of Silesia called "Education without Exclusion," co-financed by the European Union under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Program.
