STUDENTS OF THE ACADEMY OF SILESIA DISCOVER SECRETS OF TVS
On January 24th, our talented and creative students from the 5th semester of Computer Science had a unique opportunity to visit TVS Television in Katowice. It was an exceptional study visit that allowed our students to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of media and technology!
During this visit, our students delved into the secrets of television production:
- Television operations: understanding how programs are created, exploring their revenue sources, and adapting content to changing viewership trends.
- Teleinformatics infrastructure: from hardware and software to satellite communication and cellular networks. Our students had the chance to see how cutting-edge technologies are used for video recording and transmission.
- Modern virtual studio and television program production: experiencing the world of innovative solutions in television production.
This was not just an educational visit - we are opening doors to future cooperation between TVS and the Academy of Silesia! We are considering the possibility of conducting specialized laboratory classes at the TV station, utilizing their advanced equipment. Additionally, ambitious students will have the opportunity for ongoing collaboration with the television station.
