the HR Klub Summit Conference

On the 24th of May 2024, the HR Klub Summit Conference was held, co-organized by the Academy of Silesia. The event brought together specialists and enthusiasts in the field of human resource management, offering a rich program of content and numerous opportunities to exchange experiences.

The conference offered experiences in 3 formats.
The “LISTEN” format was based on three blocks of presentations, in which participants had the opportunity to listen to lectures by recognized HR specialists. A panel discussion led by experts provided an opportunity to deepen the topics covered in the presentations, fostering interaction and exchange of views.

The “TALK” format focused on interactive exchange of experiences. As part of it, participants participated in discussions held in dedicated thematic rooms. The format fostered networking and the sharing of practical solutions and ideas with other professionals.

The third format, “TRY”, was dedicated to practical workshops. Participants had the opportunity to develop specific skills during classes that guaranteed individual attention to each participant.

The HR Klub Summit conference, thanks to its diverse forms and rich program, enabled participants not only to expand their theoretical knowledge, but also to actively engage in interactive discussions and practical workshops. The event contributed to raising the professional competence of the participants and strengthened the position of the Academy of Silesia as an important partner in the organization of educational events.
