FIELD OF STUDY DESCRIPTION

The studies provide engaging knowledge and teach practical skills and competences related to modern management, preparing professional-managers for the challenges they will face in business, public or social organizations. Studies allow you to develop relationships with academic staff with international experience and with experts and managers who apply modern and effective management methods on a daily basis. To study Management is to embark on an intellectual and social adventure, during which the priority is the multidimensional competence development of each student.   • want to develop your skills related to, among other things, teamwork, the basics of managerial psychology and sustainability.

Students of the Management program acquire modern theoretical knowledge and practical skills in, i.e. the basics of business law, business data analysis or social and humanistic subjects. The degree course also provides advanced knowledge within the framework of the course modules covering, among others, managerial economics, management and marketing, sustainable project management or finance for managers. Students also receive practical personal and professional training. An important component of the degree program is the free choice modules in psychological-managerial, financial-accounting and green management. Students also participate in internships, information and training activities, and thesis preparation. They also do projects and interdisciplinary work on real-life case studies and using modern infrastructure and specialized software.
